We were very impressed with the 3D plans that were shown to us before we signed anything and we were allowed to make changes. They kept us informed during the whole process. We didn’t have any timeline restrictions and they worked with our schedule as we were gone several times during the project. The Trades came in one at a time to do their job which let us check on the progress to make sure it met our satisfaction. We were very happy with BFC and would recommend them to others.

It has been over a year since completion and we are still happy with the finished product. The team at BFC was responsive and worked with us to ensure that our desires were met and any concerns addressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. The initial consultation was informative and the pricing was fair and transparent. We also really appreciate that they didn't leave an unsightly dumpster in our driveway. That was a major plus for us as we didn't want to disturb our neighbors.

They helped make our 2100 square foot basement into a beautiful area where we can spend time with friends and family and be confident in how gorgeous the area looks. Steve did numerous phone calls and meetings with us before we even signed the contract and gave them money. Made us feel like a priority before we ever became a customer. Other companies DID NOT. He respected our budget and helped us design a functioning space that met our wants and needs without blowing the budget. We also loved working with Shane and the construction team. Shane answered every time we called with questions and concerns and was always helpful. We just did our final walk through with him and we couldn't be happier.
