Thank you Basement Finishing Colorado for bringing our dream basement from design to reality.   After putting our design ideas on paper, our vision of a family friendly sports bar basement came together just how we imagined it.   From the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work, to the final flooring, paint and finishes, has made our beautiful basement a reality on budget and completed earlier then expected. BFC was pleasant and easy to work with throughtout the process. This is my third home remodel and I appreciated the commitment to communication regarding scheduling. Our experience with BFC was everything they promised.  We were very impressed with the 3D plans that were shown to us before we signed anything and we were allowed to make changes. They kept us informed during the whole process.  We didn’t have any timeline restrictions and they worked with our schedule as we were gone several times during the project.  The Trades came in one at a time to do their job which let us check on the progress to make sure it met our satisfaction.

We hired BFC to finsh our 1700 sqft basement and are thrilled with the results! The space is great for entertaining, and doubled the size of our house. The team there were professional, responsive, and the design and quality of the work was fantastic. I have had the pleasure of engaging the professional services of Steve Soell and Basement Finishing Colorado several times over the past 25 years.  Steve's experience in construction really shows in his design creativity, attention to detail, and professional management of subcontractors.  In every phase of construction, from planning to punch list, BFC always had top notch subcontractors and excellent oversight to ensure quality.
Steve has an excellent eye for design and space, and always managed to suggest some unique features that both add "pop" and were cost effective as well.

Our experience with BFC was great! We are extremely happy with the final results.

Our basement included a wet bar, theater, bathroom, and bedroom with walk in closet. It has been over a year since completion and we are still happy with the finished product.

The team at BFC was responsive and worked with us to ensure that our desires were met and any concerns addressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We loved working with BFC. They helped make our 2100 square foot basement into a beautiful area where we can spend time with friends and family and be confident in how gorgeous the area looks. Steve did numerous phone calls and meetings with us before we even signed the contract and gave them money. Made us feel like a priority before we ever became a customer. Other companies DID NOT. He respected our budget and helped us design a functioning space that met our wants and needs without blowing the budget.

We also loved working with Shane and the construction team. Shane answered every time we called with questions and concerns and was always helpful. We just did our final walk through with him and we couldn't be happier. Couple touch ups here and there but Shane made us feel like no request was too small.
